DecorSlip is operated by Rightrock Sportswear LLC DBA DecorSlip ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use DecorSlip at decorslip.app.
By creating an account or using DecorSlip, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password (stored securely by Firebase Authentication — we never see your plain-text password).
Business profile. To generate packing slips and box labels, you may enter your company name, address, phone number, website URL, notification email, and company logo. This information is stored in your account and used only to populate your documents.
Order and slip data. The packing slip details you enter — including customer names, shipping addresses, tracking numbers, and item information — are stored in your account database and are visible only to you (and any team members you invite on a Shop plan).
Payment information. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card number or banking information. Stripe may collect and store payment data according to its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Usage data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect standard server log data, including IP addresses, browser types, and page requests, for security and performance purposes.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to any third party — ever.
DecorSlip relies on the following trusted third-party services to operate:
We send transactional emails only — for example, shipping confirmations triggered by your own actions inside the app. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters unless you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe from any non-transactional email at any time by contacting hello@decorslip.app.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for the remainder of your billing period. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption in transit, Firebase security rules restricting each user to their own data, and Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for payments. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
DecorSlip is a business tool intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of DecorSlip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
